1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CephasGM GameZone ("the Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Only one account per person, household, IP address, and device is allowed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits apply as displayed on the Platform.
• Withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) and may be subject to processing fees.
• The Platform may delay withdrawals to investigate suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

4. Betting Rules

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once placed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a disputed result, the Platform's records are final and binding.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed for each market.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements and expiry dates.
• Bonus abuse (e.g., multiple accounts, low‑risk betting) will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless stated otherwise.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software (bots), VPNs, or proxies to bypass restrictions.
• Engaging in match‑fixing, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Harassing other users or Platform staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is owned by CephasGM and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." CephasGM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, technical errors, or service interruptions.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary by our risk management team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao arbitration board.
